"I b ooked this hotel tohave a safe parking place for my car and get with the bus to Verona downtown.
I did book the bus 24 hours in advance during the customer service website of the hotel.
When I arrived they said they didn`t get anything and the bus is not going. The only bus going is in the evening for the arena. every 4 star hotel has a bus in front they can take any time to get the people downtown this hotel doesn`t.
