The room was very clean and well functioning, no issues with the heating or air-con and the bathroom was good with everything functioning as it should. There’s a supermarket right next door where you can get anything you need, the room does have a kettle and a coffee machine though with some tea, coffee and sugar to keep you going a couple of days. We only stayed 4 nights and the host was tidying around when we got there and came round on the 2nd day too to see if we wanted new towels and more amenities which was nice. Only things I would add for improvement is that the room needs new pillows, they were VERY hard and that made sleeping a little uncomfortable but not horrendously so. They also never sent anything through about paying tourist tax, until I received an email at 7:30am the day we were leaving which I didn’t see as we were already on the plane to go home and they were asking if I wanted to pay cash or transfer, organising this once we’d gone was a little tricky so that could have been better organised in advance by the host and should be noted to those who stay in the future. Overall though it was a nice little place, ideally situated for exploring Verona and I would recommend it and stay again.

We were told in advance that it was possible to leave our luggage but there were no clear instructions on where to leave it. Otherwise a very informative video is sent in advance with details of how to find the room - we did find the virtual keys a slight pain but it’s probably a generational thing. The room was great, nice & clean - great location just a stones throw from the Arena where there are loads of places to eat & drink along with some great shops if you fancy a bit of retail therapy.

The alley to enter the property seems scary, there were a group of men, drinking and smoking weed by 8pm at night, they shouted and spoke something to us, we didn’t understand, but we got scared to go out at night because it felt unsafe. Other than that, the property is clean and had everything well thought for travelers. The supermarket that’s on the corner is very convenient. Location is good, near the piazza. The only thing is the men that seemed like homeless at the entrance of the property, very scary to go in and out of the property. Even though they have a camera, they should check that out, and try to make them go away from the alley.

Could not be better situated

Absolutely central, near supermarket, wasy walk around centre. TOP location. Room is small Double with foam mattress. We expected trouble sleeping but after awhile we got used to room size and mattress. The aircon was good and we were grateful in the heat. Overall we got used to all the doors to unlock, the mattress and enjoyed the fantastic location more and more each day.

The check-in was hassle. Hotels.com had not sent my email adress to the hotel. So we did not receive the check in link og directions to the apartment. It is really hard to find if you do not know the exact location. We got good directions and service by telefon. The room was ok size. The bathroom clean but worn down. The bide is a sofa bed and pillows sofa pillows. Only sheets with no blanket or duvet. The location is great and quiet outside. Ok for a few days, wouldn’t stay longer

O hotel tem uma localização excelente. Incrível. Indico de olhos fechados. Perto de tudo. Restaurantes ao redor. Foi uma estadia que surpreendeu muito pelo custo benefício. O check in foi fácil, através de chave virtual, as informações foram enviadas antes de chegar no local.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay with family in Verona. A little more complicated to get into with all the codes needed on the phone, but in some ways convenient to be self sufficient (as long as phone has service). Large room for our family of four to stay in, clean bathroom, AC. Very walkable to explore Verona.

Excelente, súper recomendable

La ubicación es bárbara y la habitación muy cómoda. Es sencilla pero, para pasar la noche es más que suficiente! He trabajado un día desde la habitación y muy bien, tiene una pequeña mesa y el wifi funciona de 10. La habitación está en el centro de la ciudad pero es súper silenciosa. El proceso de check-in y de entrada al apartamento es súper tecnológico. El servicio fue de 10! Muy amables tanto pot whatsapp como el chico de la limpieza. Viajo mucho a Verona y, es probable que repita y recomiende!

Fabulous location. 5 mins from Arena with public car park next to the property. Check in and access via App works. Familiarise yourself with video beforehand. Cushions to borrow for the opera was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend as a base if you’re visiting the opera or want to be close to the main square.

Mega zentral gelegen

Der online Check-in im Vorfeld hat mich ein bisschen gestresst, aber da man vor Ort keinen Ansprechpartner hat und vollkommen autonom in die Unterkunft kommt, ist das wohl die beste Methode so. Vor Ort hat dann wirklich alles genau so geklappt, wie es im Vorfeld durch E-Mails und WhatsApps erklärt wurde. Das Zimmer und auch das Bad waren super sauber. Das Bett gemütlich und praktisch ist natürlich auch der kleine Kühlschrank - obwohl der etwas stärker kühlen könnte. Aber die Lage ist wirklich phänomenal - zur Arena etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Restaurants, Cafés und alles was man sonst so brauchen könnte demzufolge auch direkt drum herum. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, einfach Klasse! Das Parkhaus, welches man benutzen kann kostet zwar täglich 18.- € (von Samstag 15.00 Uhr bis Montag 12.00 Uhr müssten wir 3 Tage zahlen), ist tagsüber immer bewacht, nachts aber verschlossen. Das Auto steht also sicher, man kann nur nachts nicht rein oder raus (braucht man ja auch nicht wenn man Verona genießen will). Das Parkhaus gehört zum angrenzenden Supermarkt, wird also nicht vom Gastgeber der Unterkunft betrieben. Achja, ne gut funktionierende Klimaanlage gibt's auch, was will man mehr? Ich würde definitiv wieder buchen.

Splendid location in citta antica, near to all the sights. Room itself was nice but at least room 3 didn’t even have proper window (up with prison like calterites). Property was not that nice either. Super small elevator. Will definately choose another accomodation if visiting Verona.

A localização realmente é muito boa! O quarto tem um ótimo tamanho, assim como o banheiro. Acho que está faltando pequenas manutenções, coisas bem simples, como a torneira da pia um pouco solta e algumas paredes soltando a pintura. A única coisa que me incomodou no primeiro dia foi o cheiro de cigarro no quarto…provavelmente o último hóspede fumou no quarto apesar de não ser permitido. Mas de resto foi tudo dentro do esperado
