"Rude staff + bedbugs + bad amenities + No AC
The location is the only positive. However, the service is terrible and the receptionist with glasses is particularly unhelpful. Her default response to anything is “no” “fully booked” or “not possible”. For example, she initially said there was no parking but then when a colleague gave us a space we discovered there were loads available.
The internal design is strange too. We weren’t given any introduction so we had to search for the garage and...
