"Nice property, well equipped kitchen. Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. Such a shame because otherwise it was great! Hopefully this will be rectified and not happen in the future for other guests."

"It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not...

"Very spacious 2 bedroom property. Walking distance to the lovely sea palling beach with small amusement arcade, fish and chips and shop with all you can need. Very clean, great garden for the dog, well equipped kitchen although we didn't do any cooking! TV is in the bedroom rather than the main living area. Owner lives onsite."

"The apartment is in a reasonable condition. The bathroom living room and bedroom are clean and comfortable although the kitchen, mainly around the cooker, is a bit grimy. Internet is good and the TV sufficient. The surrounding area is awesome so the location is ideal. It was an unusually hot week and there is no air conditioning or fans so all windows and the balcony doors had to be open at all times to provide ventilation.
