"Nice, simple, affordable room. We were in the area for an overnight stay and this fit what we needed. It was a little further than I realized from where we were for our visit but that was my fault. With all said it was still worth the extra drive. We will be going back to the area again and this will be the place I check first."

"All white bedsheets and towels have turned a grayish color with dark blotches. Bedsheets were with quite a few burnt holes. The motel demanded $4/day more than Expedia's booking indicated, and refused to state any reasons besides flatly "that is the destination charge." Their invoice stated the charge as "resort fee", whatever that is."

"My stay was great, room, the whole place was clean well kept, when I had questions they were answered the staff was helpful and polite. It helped make my stay wonderful and allowed me to enjoy the rest of my time while I was there."

"Used Uber to get there. Close to 5he huge navel base. Lower economic neighborhood but felt safe. Without my own transportation, no shopping to speak of: Food Lion, Dollar General, and alike. Found great little Thai restaurant one block over. "

"The room was clean, although the property itself, is in a sketchy area & done of the people staying their were a bit sketchy, too. This was my second time staying there & both times there were police at the location responding to a disturbance. Thankfully, this didn't occur at night. Both occasions seemed to be during the middle of the day."

They also did not have any dresser or night stands with drawers to store clothes. This was definitely like staying in a dorm room. "The particular amenities I was looking for fell far short of expectation. This site claimed recently renovated. It advertised buffet breakfast and hot tub. Room furniture was well worn and showed corrosion on metal fixtures,handles and supports. Breakfast by industry standards was continental not buffet as advertised. "Check in was extremely easy and the staff is AMAZING! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean except for the floors so just make sure to bring your slippers or flip flops. Breakfast included waffles, yogurt, muffins, bagels, coffee, and fruit. Pleasantly surprised by that. There is plenty of parking as well.
