This unique historic property was a delight to visit. Justin our host was incredibly passionate about the history of the house and the area. He was also very welcoming and cooked an incredible breakfast. If you are interested in Massachusetts and/or early American history and want a stay with a difference I would thoroughly recommend Josiah Keith House.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, our room was beautiful - a welcome oasis after the hustle and bustle of Boston, and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't get to sample breakfast as we had to leave early, but the complimentary cookies were delicious. We hope to return!

Great stay overall. Nothing negative at all

This was a really lovely place to stay. The location is perfect - a few minutes walk from Harvard, and it felt safe even at night. The b&b itself has a very friendly and welcoming feel. Check-in made me feel at home. I really liked the inclusive values. The room had a cosy feel, and I slept well. There was a lovely breakfast downstairs, which I really enjoyed. A great value find that I will definitely visit again, and recommend to others.

The property itself, location, and host were all excellent. The house is fantastic, and our bedroom very spacious. Breakfast was a 10 dollar voucher each for a nearby diner, which was also very nice. Would stay here again if we went back to Salem.

This was an excellent stay, and I have stayed in many locations. Booking was straightforward. The venue needed to change - mine was a last moment booking - but an alternative was found and I was offered to proceed or be refunded. The property was very well kept and easy to access. Kitchen was well stocked, bathroom spotless. To be honest, no faults, only praise. Wish every place was like this and the service likewise. Would definitely use again.

Nice place to stay for a night before going to the airport - check in was easy and hosts were very hospitable
