"There was no microwave in the hotel room. Breakfast only consisted of off the shelf muffins and pastries. No continental breakfast. First assigned room had no working air conditioner on one of the hottest days of summer. However. Hotel clerk was able to reassign a room with working air."

"Photos online make the room seem bigger, but it was barely large enough to hold our suitcases. No fridge or microwave in the room either. Staff was very nice and accommodating, and the 24/7 free coffee and water was great. Not sure if I would stay here again, truly"

"Everything about this hotel is unique. It has a friendly and welcoming staff and atmosphere. I love how there are multiple seating areas with many book options to relax look around or just sit and have a drink at the bar or on the rooftop. The upscale and classy elevators, hallways and rooms are also welcoming and colorful. This hotel is my #1 go to when I am in Boston. However, I need to sign up for reward points tho. Anybody know how I can do this? Thanks in advance 😊"
