"The staff were amazing and really helpful. The room was clean but there was the odd stain here and there but nothing to write home about and difficult to remove. Parking was great and you could enter the hotel from numerous entries with your room key. "I couldn’t get the tv to go to just regular channels. There needs to be an explanation as to how it works so that people like me who are technologically challenged can use it. It also said to get in touch with front desk if any issues but there is nothing on the phone to let you do that so you have to get dressed and actually go to the front desk"
