The balcony was incredible except when other occupants were smoking cigarettes and pot. When the air conditioner turned on all you smelled was pot in the room. Beach view from balcony. Hot tub in room (I don't remember reserving it). Property is older, but clean. Bathroom is a bit on the small side.
