I did not stay. Filthy, the young lady I initially talked with was polite. She requested I wait an hour which did. The second person was impolite and told me to wait until 3. It was 250. I saw some of the people staying at the hotel and decided to go to a different hotel

The staff were helpful and polite, you get what you pay for. The facility was a little worn out, and there were a few creepy crawlers.

Checked out almost immediately after checking in. Garbage throughout the room, rotten food remnants in sink, cigarette burns in linens inside a non smoking room, mysterious stains on pillow cases. DO NOT STAY HERE

DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY!! This is the worst possible property ever. The stay was so disgusting, dirty, poorly maintained. Our room had tons of mold on the ceiling, roaches everywhere (we spotted almost 8), broken chairs, dirty bedsheets, bathroom door had a huge hole in it AND the property owner/manager was incredibly rude and inappropriate with us. As soon as we checked in to our room, we noticed all of the above problems and went to them asking for a room change. They did not stating that they didnt have any more rooms (their website did say they have rooms available). We contacted Expedia for a change of stay at that instant itself but were met with threats from the property manager asking us to leave in the next 30mins, else he would call the cops. All this was also happening at 12:30am since we had a late check in. The hotel owner started calling us again and again asking us to leave since we broight up the issue with expedia. He started cursing and abusing. We couldnt leave at that moment since expedia’s relocation team couldnt find another property for us so were asked to stay just for the night. We did the same and upon checking out as soon as we could the next morning, the owner again called and started cursing saying he wouldnt agree with expedia on giving us a refund. We finally got the refund for our entire stay but had to go through so much trauma, unhygienic conditions and absolutely horrible behavior from the staff. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY

Need to upgrade property. Toilet was not flushing when we first got there due to them shutting it off. No fresh linens. No smoking room but had cigarette burns on the sheets. Had to ask for a remote as well.

Do. Not. Stay here. It is a literal roach motel. I don’t expect a whole lot from places like this; I’m aware of what I booked. But I DO expect the rooms to be free of roaches; it is INFESTED. The first room they gave had roaches on the bed and a busted smoke alarm. Changed rooms and this time, there was no smoke alarm at all. I killed five roaches before I went to sleep, and couldn’t sleep peacefully because I was afraid that I’d be covered in them. Woke up and killed more roaches. Again, THIS ‘MOTEL’ IS LITERALLY CRAWLING WITH ROACHES EVERYWHERE. I literally skipped showering before my flight just to leave that place; woke up and found TWO roaches in the bathtub itself. The linens appeared clean, but honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve never been washed. The ‘comforter’ certainly hasn’t. The towels and wash clothes were dingy and filthy. I didn’t even want to use them because I wasn’t sure if they’d never been washed or were just dingy. Felt disgusted and literally went and bought a towel and wash clothe from Walmart down the street. The bathroom was also filthy. Looked like the toilet seat had never been cleaned, the shower was gross and dirty. One of the staff was an a-hole about resetting my room key. Interrogated me and then demanded the room key, fixed it, and threw it back at me because it was the middle of the night before storming off. This is your job dude. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND GET IT OFF EXPEDIA. The place honestly needs to be shut down,

This place does not look like the pictures on line. It was dirty, floors needs sweeping, bathtubs were dirty. Bathroom commode stopped up, horrible lobby and if I could have gotten my money back from you last night we wouldn’t stay.

There was no slower curtain. The sheets were filthy. The ac didn’t work and when you tried to contact the front desk no one would answer. After helping move our daughter from SC to Norfolk with the NAVY we just wanted to rest and it was so disgusting we couldn’t rest. I’ve been workin with Expedia to cancel our 2nd night because we were definitely not staying there and tweeting to get our money back. But these people will not answer the phone for them either. This is definitely the worst place we have ever stayed. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and outrage regarding the conditions of room during my stay from 7/4/25 - 7/5/25. My family and I discovered a significant bug infestation throughout the room, which has made our stay unbearable and directly led to our baby receiving multiple bites, consistent with bed bug bites. Upon discovering the bugs, I immediately documented the issue with clear photographs and videos. These visuals show numerous bugs on the mattress, bedding, and furniture. The room had a broken mirror, missing microwave and there was supposed to be a mirror above the sink which was missing. Even more distressing was the hotel's response when I contacted the front desk on 7/5/25 at 7:09am. When I reported the severe bug problem and the bites on my baby, the woman I spoke with, with a middle eastern accent, refused to offer any assistance or alternative accommodation. I was explicitly told that I would still be charged for the room, and then she passed the phone to her husband who unprofessionally hung up on me. after multiple attempts to get their names, they refused to disclose this. This behavior is not only unhelpful but deeply disrespectful and completely unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. Due to the unsanitary and frankly horrifying conditions, and the severe lack of customer service the staff, I recommend to avoid this location.

Yep it was the cheapest option near the airport and it showed. Dirty floor. Dirty bathroom. No shower curtain. Mirror was broken. The bathroom door had a big hole in it. Lights over the bed didnt work. It was a nonsmokimg room but the bedspreads were from smoking rooms (washed but still smelled and had burns in them). I left as early as I could and spent an extra 6 hours in the airport because I wasn't comfortable in the room.

There was a car alarm every 10 minutes to disturb the morning sleep from 6:15 am onwards till 10 am… couldn’t sleep. No electric for TV or lights near wash basin areas, bathroom door didn’t close properly. They downgraded our reservation even when I assured them calling ahead and requesting my CC about coming to the motel little late around 12ish. They gave our confirmed room of double bed to some other customers the front desk says. Had to go out to fetch morning tea/coffee which is supposed to be there… although they advertised about free morning breakfast. They charged the same amount in cash. No good for 1 night for close to 200 bucks … a total rep off.
