"Unfortunately, we were there during refurbishing the main building, but our room was very clean, and updated. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The morning breakfast was more elaborate than expected and the staff that prepared the food was wonderful. Food was always stocked, warm, and tasty. The entire area was super clean. Check in was easy and smooth. We were very pleased with the area, many food restaurants choices for every palate within walking...

"the room was nice. the view of the harbor was pretty cool. the staff was nice and helpful. and the hotel is in a good location so there was a lot to do within walking distance. but i ended up with a faulty toilet. maintenance came by to look into but i was not in the room at the time so im not sure how that went... i just know we ended up using the one downstairs in the lobby primarily. we also were given a set of towels that had clearly visible blood stains on them. so i didn't care for that."

"We asked for a refund because the rooms were filthy, the tub was dirty, it smelled terrible, and we had to ask them to remove the wet floor sign from blocking the elevator door just so we could use it to take our toddler up in a stroller while we were unpacking, and so my son who is an active service member could take all of his stuff needed for his first duty station up with him. We had to buy pillows because what they had was the equivalent of a folded up sheet, and house keeping never came to...

"This is a great hidden little gem. Short sweet and to the point clean and welcoming. This was a great experience for me and I’d be using this property again without a question. Easy check in, quiet, and truly I did not feel unsafe at all while staying there truly a hidden gem"
