No bugs what so ever in the room we stayed in. They do pest control consistently and it shows. The manager is awesome, she is very professional and friendly, you can tell she likes her job. Maintenance is on top of everything.

Very nice and friendly staff clean rooms but… The only thing that I did not appreciate was the fact that on the sign in front of the hotel it says a stay for the week was $399.99 but reality was it was $488.09 per week when I mentioned it they did not honor there sign !

It's in a great location, and reasonable price for the room. It's like a small studio apartment. Large bed, good amount of storage space for clothes and things, large fridge, microwave, sink, cabinets, and two electric burners. Although, one burner was not in working condition. Bathroom was clean and shower was spacious but the water pressure wasn't great. Bed was very comfortable. No blinds on the window so I didn't really feel comfortable keeping the curtain open. Access to the room is very simple and right next to parking. Everything you need is no more than a 5 minute drive. Very cozy and the staff is amazing, and they let you check the room before you pay. I would stay here again.

The “manager” is an absolute nightmare! Do not go here. I made a 2 week reservation for what was going to be at least a 3 month stay. We arrived with my mother-in-laws following us in their Yukon with all our stuff as we only have a Jeep. This was at the advertised 3:00pm check-in time. She rudely told us it would be 10 minutes for housekeeping to finish the room. We waited outside. Upon completion of said 10 minutes we went back in to harshly be told it would be an additional hour since she forgot a woman was there before us. I tried to politely explain we had people with us that had all our stuff in their car that couldn’t stay that long and she went off on us. When my husband kindly asked her not to speak to us that way she told us she wasn’t taking our reservation. Then and trying to find a last minute place to live wasn’t bad enough after that horrifying experience, she had the audacity to charge my card for one night’s stay too! If you read the reviews for this location, this manager is a living nightmare!! Avoid at all costs!!!

The worst, not for professionals

I waited 2 weeks to post this review. Made a reservation for a 2 week stay for business. They called on check in day, and said they had no rooms available. So I never went in, and had to book an alternate hotel last minute. THEY STILL CHARGED ME! I have it in writing I would NOT be charged, as they were unable to honor the reservation, no rooms available. They do not answer the phone. Calls go to a voicemail system, the message says it's the managers line, but for 2 weeks now every day the voicemail box is full. Expedia and Hotels.com chat contacted them, and confirmed again in writing I would NOT be charged, but yet they are refusing to refund my credit card. An absolutely horrible experience. Come to find out I dodged a bullet, as this is a super trashed and low rent place. They are being used as short to long term housing for the homeless, and have horrible conditions. The pictures they advertise are in no way the actual condition of the rooms.

This hotel was about as run down as i have ever seen. I made a reservation as i was coming from another state and was looking to stay for a week. This hotel sparked my interedt because of the kitchen area. When i arrived at 6:30 after traveling for valmost 6 hours I was told that since i did not arrive at 3:00 my reservation was not honored. They hd no rooms available. I asked what the point of a reservation was if it was not to ensure a room was available upon arrival. The front desk, Rhonda, said that wasn't her problem.

This is not a hotel. Cleaning was once a week. Bring your own towels and be prepared to wash them. I called over 20 times to let the front desk know I was going to be arriving near the front desk closing time due to my flight and their phone service would not let me talk with anyone. I had to cut my stay in half to to an emergency back home. They did not prorate my money back and I lost a week’s cost to them. Hundreds of dollars.

It was the best room I’ve stayed in since I have been in Virginia but I was disappointed with the fact that the laundry services were not able to be utilized because there were no cards available to purchase and load with money therefore you had to take your laundry out to a laundry mat and was inconvenient

Awesome location

My trip was excellent the hotel is in a great location located to a bunch of fast food places Pat the manager was amazing the one thing I will say is if you're staying longer than a few days you need to bring your own towels and toilet paper besides that my stay there was great I was comfortable it was quiet the room was nice kind of small but nice and comfy would definitely stay there again

We were there for 3 weeks, the beginning was great, the rooms are newly renovated. Going into our 3 week, the lady at the front desk turned on us and was anything but accommodating. She was rude and nasty! There was a lot of law enforcement presence and the room next had prostitutes and/or dancers in and out.

We got one roll of tissue. No answer at the front desk. No pots/pan or utensils for the kitchenette. Air conditioning barely worked in the 80 degree weather. Blanket too thick and heavy for Virginia weather especially with the air not working properly. Mattress was lite as if it was an air mattress and very very uncomfortable. I figure so south the hospitality would be so welcoming. I had a better result going to a Connecticut residence suite. The laundry onsite, dryers didn’t accept my card after putting $20 on it. The attendant stated that it never happened before and suggested that I buy another $2 card and put more money on the new card. Never again.
