"Customer service was good... they needed to nickel and dime us for another 30 bucks because of a last minute addition.. so fyi, they do care about how many people are in your room. Would have been nice to have a smoking area somewhere on property... also would have been nice to be told what to do at checkout. I was never instructed what to do with the key, nor given the wifi password. But.. the reason this property gets a 10/10.. was simply do to the showers water pressure. It felt like a fire...

"For pet owners, this hotel is a huge NO! There is very little grass and the grass that is accessible is blocked by stagnant standing water or completely full of poop that wasn’t picked up by pet parents. I stayed there 7 days because I had no other choice and I wouldn’t say this unless I had enough time to observe. "

"We had a great stay on March 7th and 8th. We had the corner room facing the shops. It was the first warm weekend of the year and the sidewalks were full of people shopping. My room was clean and the fridge and microwave worked. The bathroom could be nicer as far as the shower stall has some stains but it was clean. The gentleman that works in the office was super nice and check in was easy. Parking garage is small so i would recommend backing into your spot so its easier when you drive out....

"Worst stay ever. Room was filthy, towels were dirty and stained. Shower had hair all over the toilet and tub. Room smelled very foul. Staff was extremely rude. This hotel does not provide breakfast even though it says it does online. There is even a sign in the lobby that says breakfast from 7am-10am. When asking and literally pointing to the sign I was answered with an attitude stating “why would we provide breakfast?” You shouldn’t advertise breakfast if it’s not included. Worst of all there...

"The room smelled like cigarettes from time to time. The toilet paper holder was broken. The shower had what looked like rusty from the overflow drain to the regular drain. The shower faucet was leaking. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The ceiling light in the main area was flickering. "
