"I have stayed at this facility twice - each time for a concert at the Paycom Center which is within a short walking distance. I didn't think much of the elevator situation the previous time I was there, but this time I did. After concerts there are ALOT of people needing to get to their rooms but there is only one elevator running at each end of the lobby. When I asked the front desk associate about this at check out his reply was, "I think they are waiting on a part". Really? For two years? I had my elderly mother with me and standing for long lines is not in her best interest. Also, there was a young couple with a sleeping child that truly needed to be put to bed: the couple attempted to go up the stairs but was told by security that the stairs did not lead up to guest rooms. They had to switch off holding the child while waiting in line.
The room I stayed in did not have coffee cups nor was the coffee box restocked. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower was completely empty.
The biggest plus and redeeming factor of my stay was breakfast. Good selection to choose from but the BEST surprise was when I asked for salsa for the eggs. BEST SALSA I've had in many years."
