Michael on reception very welcoming and helpful

It was great and closed to everything. Great place. 👍

We found this hotel very easily and found it to be in a great location. Our view was of a side street so a bit disappointing, but we weren't there for the view from the room! The hotel is steps away from the art deco properties and the beach, and only minutes from the Lincoln Road Mall area. Sadly we only had one night there but it ended our trip perfectly. We found the bed was the most comfortable we have had during our time in Miami and the Keys, and the room was very large. Some of the...

Had seen some reviews and got a bit worried but totally brilliant experience and great location - helpful and friendly check in and a really nice studio room - would recommend

Property is very nice and clean. Amenities are perfect and can host family and friends. Only issue I had was Internet with my unit. My host was The Bay Suites, they communicated effectively but couldn’t resolve the internet issue in my unit

I was really worried about coming here after seeing some reviews. It was absolutely wonderful, clean and everything was in working order, huge room which had everything you could need.

Very spacious and clean. Close to the beach. Loved staying here and would stay again if visiting Miami

Good.

Loved it right next to the beach would stay again for sure

Booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for a long weekend. Very spacious and fully equipped with everything you’d expect from a short-term rental. It’s located right in the heart of Wynwood, with plenty of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. If you’re sensitive to noise, this might not be the best fit, as the property sits along the flight path for MIA’s runway. The surrounding streets can also be lively, given the central location. It didn’t bother me personally, but it could...

Great stay. David was super-helpful. We’ll be back.

Great location. Equipped kitchen but no microwave. Balcony. We were in 20th floor. Great hotel. A metro stop is also opposite hotel Would definitely recommend.

Good value apartment in North Miami Beach. Conveniently located for the beach (around 5 min walk ) the free Miami trolley service both North and South (1 min ) CVS , Walgreens within 5 mins walk. I Hop and Publix 15 mins walk. Plenty of restaurants local for all budgets (Burger and Shakes was best food and value just down the road) Apartment itself is as pictured and recently modernised so ideal for those wanting to cook for themselves. Host was quick to communicate via Expedia system and text...
