"The property has an excellent location with many restaurants nearby. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is good although with limited food options. We waited for the shuttle for more than an hour. The lady at the front desk told us we should call the hotel front desk to request the shuttle. I have stayed at this hotel before and I never had to call to reserve the shuttle. I didn’t see anywhere on the website when I booked with Expedia that mentioned calling the front desk to reserve the shuttle."
