"Pay extra for eggs in breakfast, no parking, resort fee?????? You don’t have parking and no complementary items, the most unkind staff working here, front desk guy look at us like He doesn’t wanna be there, staff going with us in the elevator not “good morning” or even press the button for us the only person who look at us and say good morning was a Maintenance person and I think it’s the only person in the property that knows costumer service, incredible how the breakfast people doesn’t care...
