"I loved The Drake. It's location, restaurants and staff were the best. My room looked out over Lake Michigan and I was able to watch the sunrise. I would love to stay here again in the future. I do not have one negative thing to say about The Drake."

"I took a chance on this location even after reading reviews that were not favorable. My stay was ok. The rooms are basic but it was clean. The front desk personnel appeared robotic with their responses and greetings, but fortunately I did finally encounter two friendly staff members but it was as I was leaving.
For me personally, I probably will not choose this location again. Honestly, I expected more from the Hilton name."
