"Everything was perfect but the night supervisor Susana was very rude. Apparently she doesn’t like her job. All the other staff members were very helpful and very attentive.including Armand the concierge who provided a very good service. I hope the management can hire people who actually likes the job and has the correct attitude. Susana seems to be very unhappy with her work but also with her life."

The AC works perfectly to keep our room cool, the distance to the park for the pickleball tournament was close and easy, the room was spotless, the pool was refreshing, the pickleball court was fun, the continental breakfast was the perfect amount and everyone was always so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. "

"We switched our reservation from the 4 Seasons to the Escalante and are so glad we did so. It was walking distance to the town but a completely secluded, hideaway. It was so relaxing, clean and beautiful. We loved the staff and music. We absolutely will return and highly recommend to others!"

"Very noisy in the rooms. No electrical outlets to plug cell phones. Internet hard to use & password not provided. Coffee shop is the only place for breakfast..45-1 hour wait time. & the place is full of cooking smell ..you smell like bacon grease for rest of the day. Toilet leaks on floor. Staff are not nice or hospitable ..indifferent at best"

"Beautiful spot & convenient location. Room was meticulously clean and spacious. The view from our balcony was beautiful overlooking the pool & marina. Breakfast had fresh fruit and a wide selection of hot food which was replenished frequently by some very hard working staff who never stopped moving the 1/2 hour we were there. Highly recommend & would definitely stay again the next time we are in the Naples area. "

"Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast good as usual. One comment on fitness room: the elliptical handles were covered in duct tape. Functionally, this was okay but appearance-wise it was kind of unprofessional."

"Great place for the money and fantastic area. Walking distance to all you need Right on the water there . Restaurant on site is great as well. Make sure to see Tony at the outside bar. Don't find bartenders like him very often . Great dude "

"This is an old motel, things are simple and room is small. While not a spa it is clean. There is good air conditioning, a frig, freezer, microwave and tv. It’s right next to rt 41 but quiet. Good night’s sleep. "

"My husband and I had a really nice 3 days/2 nights stay for our first time @ this Inn. Starting with the wonderful & accommodating check in. The staff were excellent, the rooms are nice, a little older than we are used to but it was clean & comfortable . They also had a light continental breakfast outside under a large tiki bar by the pool. I would definitely stay there again if we go back to Naples."
