Clean and spacious with a wonderful view from the balcony. A very satisfying breakfast is included. Located in the beautiful and peaceful Morris Point.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our room was lovely. The whole building was immaculate and the host was a great ambassador for Gros Morne, helping us decide on what to see and do. The breakfast was incredible. Hot and cold options. I would highly recommend the Tides Inn and would definitely stay there again.
The room was spacious, clean and had a nice large bathroom. There was a balcony to sit out on which we did not use due to the weather.
The staff were friendly and helpful and it’s in a good location close to restaurants.
Also the continental breakfast was excellent.
We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. The owners are incredibly kind, hospitable, and always available, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. The rooms were spotless, the views were spectacular, and the food was excellent. We especially appreciated the effort they make to provide healthy, nourishing options.
This hotel is also excellent value for the money. The tides, the surrounding views, and the nearby hikes are truly remarkable. We loved our stay and will definitely return.
Room was spacious and clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious. The owners were informative and welcoming. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The only drawback was we left the balcony door open to let in the breeze overnight and there was a bit of road noise. The birds singing also woke me up at dawn. I suspect though if we’d closed the door and run the air conditioning we wouldn’t have heard a thing.
Property from design to decorating, the
friendly and warm staff. Great place to relax after a day of touring. Lovely village close to all things within Gross Morne yet quiet and tranquil.

The owner was really friendly and gave us a great dinner recommendation. The Black Spruce Restaurant was really good.
Very clean, well appointed large room. Great hosts with lots of local knowledge. Conveniently located for Gros Morne park. Good hearty breakfast to start each day.
