"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. These qualities alone almost make me want to give the hotel a perfect 10. There were, however, a couple of minor disappointments. "The Hotel was struggling with Aircon issues. Our room did not really cool despite the system roaring full blast all night. Not a great sleep. Also, not keen at all on the ‘vegetable’ toiletries! Parsley stem soap and Kale shampoo… who wants to smell like a cabbage?! Staff were as helpful as they could be within their limits. I did suggest during this heatwave, a welcome ‘jug of iced water’ on reception would be a nice welcome gesture on checking in."

"Definitely a 3 star hotel . The room smelled like mold . Everything was a bit outdated. I arrived at 12am and the guy at the front desk kept asking me for the same things after giving them to him already. He took my passport , gave it back to me then asked for it again.. he did that a few times .. kinda annoying to deal with that late at night . Also I don’t know when’s the last time someone emptied the garbage cans in middle of the hallway but the hallway really stunk bad. Breakfast was meh ....

"Muito bem localizado no centro histórico de Braga. O hotel fica no prédio histórico onde funcionou o antigo Hospital de São Marcos.
