"We stayed over one night to tour Venice for one day. After check in we tried to have a quick bite at the bar that offered lunch items. Our drinks came right away then a staff member seemed like she forgot to put in our lunch items- there were two of them and we waited for what seemed to be an hour for the lunch items. "Great location , easy access to bus to go to Venice. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided clear directions to get to Venice.
The food at the restaurant was not what I expected. The staff were very friendly so it made up for the disappointment with the food."
