"The hotel is totally adequate. I'm not sure why it was rated exceptional. The breakfast was blah, the workout room was small, but the room was very clean and the hotel was quiet, both wonderful qualities in any hotel. It was very good, just not exceptional."

"We were very disappointed. The rooms smelled terrible. The floors were moist and even the pillows felt like they were damp. Definitely a condensation issue. The pool wasn’t open. We booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each. When we arrived we were told Expedia booked one of the rooms with 1 bed. The only way we could get what we wanted was to join their loyalty program. We had booked the same facility for our return and immediately cancelled it. Bookers beware."

"Rooms are always clean, orderly, and well stocked with the personal hygiene items you would expect. The beds are very comfortable, and if I could buy a couple of the pillows I absolutely would! Breakfast is always hot, well cooked, and plentiful, with a good variety. And the coffee is arguably the best of any hotel I’ve stayed at yet. Whenever I travel to the Madison/Huntsville area, this is my first choice place to stay."

"This hotel is a great choice, unlike most hotels that have free breakfast this hotel also gives a free dinner (they call it a snack but it’s a full meal) and free sodas and free alcoholic drinks. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel like this that provided so much value for the money."
