Hotel Highgate di North Andover

"The staff was nothing but helpful and kind. The overall vibe of the hotel was very nice and modern. The complimentary breakfast was fine. Unfortunately the first night of my stay they had me in a room that the door wouldn't close all the way. The lock did engage, but there was a slight gap. I was so tired from traveling that I didn't say anything because I just wanted to go to sleep and I assumed it was just due to the old hotel (as I saw some hints of damage in the bathroom/shower area).
