This hotel has got to be the best place I have ever stayed. Right from landing in male to getting showed to our room. The room was absolutely amazing. The staff were always willing to help. The food was lovely with different selection everyday. Could not fault anything.

It was our frst time visiting the Maldives and Baros lived up to everything we wished for. Being only 25 minutes by speed boat from the airport we wondered about aircraft noise but only seen 2 planes in 5 days and heard no noise. The staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough for you. We will definately go back again to Baros Island.

Fully lives up to other reviews. Not cheap but delivers on almost every level from location, to staff, food/wine to facilities. I all starts and finishes at the Constance lounge at Male airport and is very well organised. You'll love it

This is a stunning resort - absolutely beautiful. Only suitable for those who want a quiet and relaxing holiday. It's very peaceful and luxurious. Four restaurants all with delicious food. A lovely bar that plays nice background music and that's the only music you will hear on the island. The staff are all extremely helpful and lovely people and will go out of their way to accommodate any request you may have. You rarely see anybody on the beach. Absolutely stunning property. Service levels and staff are exceptional. Very impressed with the main buffet and other dining options in the property. The M6M experience is unique and very special. The only negatives I would point out is the dining at the Indian / Ceylon restaurant and the snorkelling experience at another resort was much better. at their house reef. The review that persuaded me to book this hotel was the one which said something like 'I'm not a beach person but I loved this hotel'. Beautiful, peaceful, discreet, the attention to detail. L'occitane bathroom products, very comfortable bed, a shower and bathroom open to the warm air, delicious food in the restaurant (evening buffet concentrated on quality rather than quantity but there were still many choices). A most restful 3 days, one of the best hotels in 35 years of travelling.

I honestly though some of the reviews about this place must be fake, they were all so amazing, but I think they must all be true, because this place is EXCELLENT! We absolutely loved the resort. First is the location, it is only about 10 minutes from the airport. We were so happy as we got a free transfer to/from airport because island transfers can be expensive. Second the views from all parts of the property are just stunning. Third the food! Perfect in every way

Great property well kept for the most part even though its a bit old. Very clean and the cleaning team does a good job of keeping the inside of the rooms clean. Fantastic food in all of the 3 restauraunts. Friendly and polite staff. Very mellow vibes. F&B manager is lovely, its not often that you get the f&b manager taking your order at lunch and recommending things to do. Lovely scenery , nice house reef and the spa was great.
