"The main issue was that my bedroom on the 1st floor had an unlocked window so anybody could've climbed into my room through the window had I not checked it! The place had some sketchy characters outside, it often smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby and the receptionist would smoke just a few steps outside of the lobby. "The room was clean but very basic. The bathroom was older and definitely could use some upgrades. The sealing had stains and there were spaces and loose fixtures. The water pressure was really low and the temperature was all over. It went from cold to really hot to warmer and then back to hot without me touching it. If you’re looking for luxury, it won’t be here but if you just need a quick place to sleep and shower, then this will be ok. "

After expressing my disappointment, the clerk mentioned he found a single room and checked me in handing me the key. I opened the room door and to my surprise, the room was not vacant.
