I am here on a holiday but this is the beach I grew up on pure New Zealand love
Long Bay certainly lives up to its name. This seaside reserve includes a kilometre-long sandy beach that gentle slopes down to the waters of a coastal marine reserve.
Only 20 minutes north of Auckland harbour you can spend a day on the 3 km long sandy Orewa Beach. Perfect place for a day trip!
