Excellent location, clean rooms and wonderful staff.

I will definitely come back! The staff are so caring, helpful and kind. They go out of their ways to be sure you have everything you need, whether that’s in your room, poolside, by the beach or in a restaurant. I had a club villa, with a beautiful terrace with two large sofas, a table and chairs. My room was so big and each evening, during turn down service, they closed my mosquito nets (although thankfully there weren’t any mosquitos!). I love the environment, very serene

The staff were nice and friendly. They offered a first class professional service. African Princess made sure our stay was a memourable one.. Room is of a high standard clean and comfortable. We look forward to returning.

It was a nice and quiet location at Serrekunda. But in my first night some people held a wedding banquet downstairs, with loud music until midnight. The room was huge with super big balcony and unbeatable sea view. The restaurant served good food and I had all my breakfast, lunch and dinner there. But I needed to pay for the meals in cash in local currency, unless I could work out how to use the local mobile phone payment app, which I could not. I loved the direct access to the beach. But...

My first time at Roc Heights and I will definitely go again next time I am in Gambia. Omar and his team ensured that everything was done to keep me happy in the hotel and safe outside as a solo woman. In a quiet location away from the tourists but near enough to the beach for a short wander, the hotel is a haven of peace with delightful gardens either to eat breakfast of just sit and relax after a day's work. The location was lovely and the staff could not be kinder and more helpful. It was the low season, however, and it was perhaps a little too quiet.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is near the beach and it has a pool. All the rooms (except for 1 i think) open towards the courtyard where the pool is and look out towards the see. Breakfast was included in the price and served between 7-10. Lunch and dinner were available in the restaurant in the hotel. The wifi worked well in both the room and communal areas.

Beautiful hotel

Amazing stay at one world. I was made to feel so welcome by Mustapha and his team. I had everything that I needed in my apartment and was able to use the communal kitchen to make food. The guest house was very close to the beach, which suited me really well, and having a pool was an extra bonus. Thanks to everyone at one world 🤗

Great little find, big rooms, advise don't pay the extra for a studio with kitchen as not req. They provide you with a fridge in the standard room and the rooms are big. The food was lovely and above all staff were always polite, helpful and smiling. Onlyy 300 dalasi return into the strip. But many other hotels and restaurants walkable. Fatou , fruit lady gave great portions and Babu juice man was very friendly and delicious juice.
