"WiFi is bad never service in room cleaner is excellent but the hotel needs upgrading breakfast service was ok but I had to tell them it was cold a few times the staff are very helpful they would always try to solve any issue even with things they couldn’t I believe the hotel is a 3 star not 4 & it’s way overpriced "

"Cleaning crew was pleasant. Grounds keepers kept the property nice. The Food was Great. The placement of the Hotel on the Strip was Perfect. The Pool was Lovely. Seen some Monkey's. And Different plants Flowers Insects. Love nature. The Beach was Beach was Beautiful. Check out the Pictures."

"Save yourself the trouble—this property lacks professionalism, comfort, and basic upkeep. The location was another letdown. While advertised as convenient, being directly opposite Keir Srynge Market meant struggling to locate the property every time I went out and tried to return.The area felt unsafe after dark, with limited lighting and no clear pedestrian pathways. I would never recommend Sweet Mama Residence to anyone. "

"Très bel hôtel, très bon rapport qualité-prix... Très belle piscine, on a pu s'y baigner alors que l'heure pour en profiter était passée... Très bon séjour, dommage que nous n'y restions qu'une nuit... Petit-déjeuner correct ... Une question, et ça vaut pour nos autres destinations, pourquoi à l'accueil, personne n'est jamais au courant de notre venue, c'est grave quand même... Il y a des changements à apporter à votre mode de fonctionnement !!!"

"Clean room,AC,Big bathroom, shower was comfortable, hot water, different lightings in room,Wifi,Acess to Youtube. Maid came daily, bar& lounge area/restaurant, pool (but didnt go into),sitting area/patio outside your hotel room.Its like Coco Ocean without the ocean,but cheaper.Nice and comfortable for tourist"

"Amazing Staff from The Front Desk to the Housekeeping Team and every Hotel Employee i had met they were so friendly and made sure I had a very relaxing vacation. The Pool area was so clean, and the hotel room bed was very comfortable. The Manager is present and very approachable. Thankyou to everyone for the lovely vacation stay."

"Rigtig søde. Hjalp når der var brug for det. 24 timers reception. God mad i restauranten. Morgenmaden kunne vælges fra a´la carte kortet. Der var rigeligt at vælge imellem. roomservice. værelset trængte til en lille opgradering, men det var rent. De er ikke så hurtige til at komme med maden. "
