"When we arrived in the room after quick check in blankets were stained so I had to go get clean ones and change them myself toilet handle was broken but still functional coffee pot was broken had to hold the button down the whole time to make a cup of coffee pool was super small other than that was clean AC was cold bed wasn't too comfortable and there's a lot of sketchy people hanging around I wouldn't take kids there but good enough for sleeping and showering"

"The person on duty spent most of the time on her phone while sitting in the lobby chairs.
The next person on duty spent her time sitting in the sofa in the lobby eating and on the phone the entire time. If a person came in for service she would yell from where she was sitting and ask what they needed. I think the behavior and their attire was very unprofessional."
