By Monday morning breakfast, there was less to choose from to eat from over the weekend and the biscuits were not cooked in the middle. "There is no lake view in a room that said it was lake view. It was clean. The king-size bed was beyond terrible. It was like 2 twins pushed together with a very lumpy mattress topper. No closet. Very tiny room. The hand sink was in the bedroom. The house was built in 1883, if it had been haunted it might have been worth the $250. It was neither haunted or worth the $250. "

"The elevator is broke and has been since last October. Had to drag my cooler from the beach amoung other thimgs, up 2 flights of stairs. The TV had two remotes and initially was a challenge to operate. The person who checked us in didn't mention the broken elevator and didn't give any times for the breakfast. Just handed me the key card, stated the room number...and that was it."

"The stay was great. I read up on previous reviews and most were on point. Very affordable, dated, but clean, and every room was full. Nice place to stay if you have a large group of people. We did have some ants in our room, but when I brought it to the owners attention, she immediately fixed the situation and credited me some money back. Over all it was a good stay!"

"This B&B deserves more that 5 stars! I wanted to take my granddaughter on a 2-day adventure before she heads off to college this August. When we pulled into the inn's drive, we noticed how lovely the manicured grounds were with its gorgeous flowers beds and gardens. This inn is huge and very comfortable. Our room was a suite with 2 beds and we were delighted that it had a TV, which can be rare in B&B's. The hostess was very friendly and made delicious breakfasts. My granddaughter loved the 2...
