"Location is perfect. Close to SEATAC, the best Pacific island restaurant called Pasifika NW, and shopping! They provide complimentary robes for you while you’re there. Room is always clean but I find the towel racks to always be loose, mostly cosmetic. I do wish there were blackout curtains. The coffee shop in the building has a variety of delicious options. Front desk staff, housekeeping, and security are ALWAYS so helpful. Feels extremely safe. Parking might be an issue… but I’ve been extremely fortunate with the help of the night security personnel. Seriously GREAT service here! Great people."

"1st of all there front desk can use a customer service class. Had to switch 3 rooms cause TV not.working and there attitude was like I was bothering them .. Second pool is disgusting and whole place needs a renovation. I would not be coming back"

"Price appropriate. Small updated room. A/C did not work. Shower curtain too short for shower getting water all over the floor. No shampoo or shower supplies. The gentleman that checked me in was very nice and professional. Needed an economic option and this property fit the bill."

"The property itself is old and falling apart - in need to major renovations, but the upkeep also seems to be dismal. They charge for parking on par with other properties near them. Special mention to the absolute joke of a breakfast - it did not have any hot food - you can reheat a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, or maybe toast a bagel. "
