"This hotel is a guilty pleasure when I come home to visit my family - love this hotel.
I'm not sure why but the litter in the streets of bath seemed out of control but this nothing to do woth the hotel. Looking forward to my next stay here!"

"The hotel was very clean and in good condition given the recent refurbishment.
Staff were very attentive. We didn’t have a dinner booking at the hotel restaurant but they managed to find us a space.
The restaurant food and drinks were excellent
Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"Really good hotel with an excellent room just on the 1st floor.
The night manager was particularly helpful to us providing us with room service as the bar was closed before 11pm.
Disappointing for us was that there was no shuttle bus available up to the main hotel where we were dining.
Staff were very friendly"
