The Breakers Hotel & Suites
It's off season, the staff was friendly and accommodating. No issue with parking because I do not think there were too many guests (mid-week, off season). The room was very comfortable, and clean. We stay here often. Very close to "downtown", and two blocks off boardwalk/beach.

Hyatt House Lewes/Rehoboth Beach
Clean. Great breakfast, also has a very nice pool , bar and easy access From that location to Beach and all food and seafood restaurants
