"Starting with the good— the person checking us in was kind and helpful. Breakfast is quite good as it usually is for Hyatt Place. Pool was pretty good. The not good—AC unit was incredibly noisy. We didn’t have hot water for showers one night. Lots of airplane noise at night from PHX Sky Harbor. When we checked out and was asked “how was your stay” I said “fair” and the person didn’t seem all that interested in what wasn’t good or seeing if anything could be improved."

"I rented two rooms during my stay, and unfortunately both had significant issues. In one room, the air conditioning wasn’t working. In the other, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the shower didn’t work and neither room appeared to be particularly clean.
After I called the front desk, we were moved to different rooms. While those rooms were an improvement, the television in one of them didn’t work. At that point, I decided to keep them because they were still better than the original...
