"The Inn is very conveniently located in Payson near restaurants and shopping yet has lots of open green spaces, so you don't feel like you are in town. Even had a few friendly Elk visit the property. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. There were intermittent problems with tv reception. Suggest checking out tv before accepting a room. Had 4 days of spotty reception (in room 103) and eventually moved to another room. Rooms 203 and 106 had issues with reception also. Management gave us a credit...

"Kohls Ranch Lodge is a wonderful place to stay. Our deluxe cabin exceeded expectations and was clean with an amazing view of the creek in our own backyard. "This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was great! The first time I stayed on the 3rd floor, but this time I was on the 2nd floor. I could hear the people above us stomping around, but I think they were just heavy footed. Other than that the breakfast was great, the beds were nice, and the room was clean! We will be back! "
