"The room was clean, the staff helpful and location was awesome. The room had a bit of a musty smell and was dated. One bed was very comfortable but the other was a bit lopsided. Although I thought it to be a bit expensive for what it was, it was the best price for being so well located in Bar Harbor."

"It’s a Motel, it is not fancy, but it is clean and well maintained. The rooms are very utilitarian so if you are staying for a couple of days to go hiking it is practical. What’s most important to me is CLEAN, clean bathroom, clean room nice sheets and pillows. The bed was comfortable without being super like an expensive hotel, but it was comfortable and I slept well. I was just passing through town and only stayed one night but if I planned a hiking trip with friends I think this place would make everyone happy. They keep a place for dogs well mowed and inviting, a fire pit for fireside chats and it is just 2 or 3 miles from the best place for seafood, Bar Harbor Lobster Pound on 3."

"Great and easy location if you are visiting Bar Harbor. Very nice view and easy to get anywhere you needed. The outdoor deck area could use some work but the view made up for it. No breakfast which is unfortunate but overall a very nice place and would recommend it to anyone visiting Bar Harbor."

"Breakfast should start at 6am to accomodate those visiting Archadia. Parking at some places in park were full by 9am and we had to skip them. The fan in halway by pool to dry mat was very noisy and needs to be moved in pool area or shut off at night."

"We stayed at the WonderView, which is attached to the BlueNose Hotel. The room was clean and well taken care of, but it was a little "bare bones". The rooms were older and could use some refreshing, but we spent most of our time outside so it was ok. We had a view of the bay from the balcony and it was great that we could just walk to the Looking Glass restaurant for breakfast. I do wish it was open a little later that 11:00 as the food was excellent and reasonably priced."

"Perfect for our 4 day stay in bar harbor!! Perfect walking distance to the restaurants and shops and harbor Area !! Great choice ! Good coffee in the am and water and snacks for our day in the park! Would definitely recommend!"

"The Stewman restaurant on the property was excellent. We stayed in stone building that had rooms on the 2nd floor and a conference center on the first floor. One should check prior to see if they are in the main hotel building as there was no elevator up to the 2nd floor. Unfortunately we both have bad back issues so it was a bit hard getting our suitcases, etc up to the room. Plus, when we were checking g out there was a vet conference so awkward getting our suitcases down"
