"Firstly, although advertised, there is no breakfast at all. This needs to be removed from Expedia, etc. May have earned an excellent rating, if not for this deception.
Checking was quick and efficiently professional, despite the 4-person line.
We stayed in a large, deluxe King room, which was located on the ground floor, in a detached building, overlooking the harbor. Nice. Needs some updating, very minor repairs, but extremely comfortable. Bed was clean and comfy. Everything in the room was operational, which is what we check thoroughly before bringing in baggage, along with the possible presence of bedbugs,etc. Good to go.
Nice harbor view. Fun to watch the resident sea lions, boats entering/exiting the harbor from the private balcony. Also could keep an eye on restaurants/other commercial properties below.
Close proximity to Hwy 1/Noyo Harbor Bridge, although no exterior noise nuisance penetrated into the room, incuding barking sea lions. The only complaint was the "elephant" in the room directly above...there's always one.
Centrally located, nearby grocery stores, restaurants, conveniences, Noyo Headlands, many other places of interest.
Will stay again."
