"Our room had roaches and the resolution was for them to spray the room. My husband and i felt uncomfortable the entire stay. The room we were in gave one bedroom apartment on the south side of Chicago. Cracks in the walls, poorly cleaned washroom and stained body towels were given to us. I would visit Jamaica again just not this resort. The only good thing was the staff was super nice"

Staff work around the clock to maintain cleanliness, using fallen flowers to make hearts on the main lawn, never got the man's name but he renews the lawn daily! Housekeeping is near perfect!
