Ocean Eden Bay - Adults Only - All inclusive

"The property is beautiful, the butler service was not. We upgraded to get a butler...now if you've had butler service at Sandals, this is beyond disappointing...IYKYK. We only saw our Butler when we ran into him. He made one reservation, the rest we made ourselves. The Privilege beach area was "first come first serve". This is what we were told when we asked him to reserve a cabana. The bar man named Marco was excellent and acted more like a butler than our Butler did. We were there for five days and we probably saw him twice. Again, if you've had great butler service, you're likely to be disappointed. Save your 💰. The privilege beach was not that much of a privilege. It was very Rocky I saw people stumping their toes on rocks and it was very small compared to the standard Beach area. Pool is absolutely amazing to stop at the pool is amazing the restaurants are great. My two only complaints were the Butler service that they sold me on and did not deliver and on our last night the air conditioner went out for the remainder of the night, we were on the 5th floor with no air and having to subject ourselves just sleeping with the balcony doors open and risking being eaten up by mosquitoes."
Hotel Riu Montego Bay - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Much to our surprise the hotel closes their pools at 6pm or 1800. Very disappointed in that especially with it being an adult only hotel. You’d thought they’d at least stayed open until 9-10pm. Also, the elevators in villa 5 need some updates. One door barely opened when it would and the other when shut you could still see light and sun through the cracks. They were very small for as many people that were at these villas. Hotel was cleaned often. Kept having issues with their app letting me be connected so I missed out on special dinner reservations so we had the buffet every time. Kept connecting then it refreshed and had to click at the hotel every time. But never got to load for dinner times until it was time for us to leave then it was too late."

"Beautiful facility, very private on the peninsula, so the beach is very quiet as well. The pool is nice, and the drinks are plenty. Only thing that threw us off was the dress code for men in the restaurants- so be sure to read up on them and pack accordingly."

"The room was clean and the staff was awesome!! The pools were the best part of lounging around. The restaurants were deceiving as it was advertised as 8 but only 4-5 were available to us because we didn’t get the adults only side of the resort so plan on that. Other then that it was a good time"
