"Extremely poor construction. Daylight shining in around full perimeter of exterior door. Bathroom sink barely hanging onto the wall, propped up with a narrow PVC pipe held in place with a sheetrock screw. The tub was elevated about 10" above the bathroom floor. Took awhile to get hot water. The only ventilation in the bathroom was a 4" x 10" crank open vent. The bathroom door wouldn't slide closed all of the way. Toilet paper holder had broken off the wall.
