"Clean quiet parking"

"The a/c don’t work, the outlet was burnt out, door didn’t have a lock other than card, door also don’t shut all the way it had a gap. The tables and nightstand could use a clean, or better yet, replacing! I wouldn’t recommend longer then a night stay."

"The room had bed bugs, unknown blood stains on bedding and no help offered from the management staff. Never brought us new blankets even when asked. When told there were bed bugs the staff told us to “go back to our room, it’s okay, they’ve already bitten you so its fine, can’t get worse” we then checked out immediately, which was early and we were offered no compensation for the night missed, which was $351 a night because of Sonic Temple and we then had to miss the remainder of the festival...

"The property is currently being renovated. Many of the rooms are not ready. Due to a huge music festival in the city, many rooms that weren't ready were made available."

"Took 15 min to check in. Desk clerk could barely speak english. No lights worked in the room. It smelled terrible and moldy. No shower curtain and pipes sticking out. Left immediately. Still waiting for refund. "

"The place was very dirty. Our shower had hair in it, did not drain, and there was literally no shower head at all... Just a metal tube sticking out of the wall from which it appeared a shower head had been stolen... all this and nearly $100 a night."

"Room was filthy. Sheets were stained. Fixtures falling down. AND ROACHES... We checked out and forfeited our next three nights. Do not stay here."
