"This is a very large property with a tremendous amount of rooms. The check in was great, the staff was wonderful. The warm cookies were a bonus! It was a long walk to our room but not a big deal. Water pressure in hotel showers are my pet peeve and this shower passed with flying colors. I loved the shampoo, body wash, and lotion supplied on the wall. No mess, no extra toiletries needed except toothbrush and toothpaste. You can log in to your own Netflix or YouTube accounts on the TV. The icing...

And by the way, the frig was not cold when we first arrived but I placed the water bottles in thinking that the control dial was on off.
Hot Water. I understand...

"Staff : lots of unnecessary problems with this site . The hotel had some questionable policy’s. We were not allowed to check in until 3:00 pm . Well the whole stay was due to a wedding i needed to be at 3:00 pm . I used the bathroom in the lobby to change . The bathroom was not very clean . Now as I was leaving to my destination at about 2:30 pm . I happened to see several guest checking in . I was not very happy to say the say the least .
So , I went to my event not feeling very...

"The hotel was clean and parking was easy. The elevators were fast and the breakfast was satisfactory. The only drawback was the current construction going on. They are redoing the outside lobby entrance which meant a side entrance was necessary during the day. The construction also caused unexpected noise. If you are someone that sleeps in you may want to consider another property until construction is complete. The hotel was not transparent about this when we booked the room."
