"Stay away! Pathetic experience. Firstly the room was not ready, so they moved me to a building next to this booked residency. That building was literally a broken building with rooms. I had no choice, but to stay as already exhausted from travel. My room had no keys so then they again moved me to another "spare" room. In the evening the Room got locked out and the keys won't work. Even maintenance guy could not open it and I was left outside for 45mins. Maintenance guy they told me this...

"From staff to owners behaviour Mr Karan Khanna, to their services, to cleanliness, washroom and rooms condition everything was in worst condition. Stay at absolutely your own risk. Not a single thing that was satisfactory. Staff is super rude and so is the owner. He is not just rude and arrogant and abusive. Just coz he is owner he things he can say anything to anyone. Please note none of the staybooks properties are good. "

"We stayed for a night on transit from the airport. Nice spacious rooms & friendly service. The room service dinner was very good, also enjoyed the all-veg breakfast, freshly cooked parotta, hot milk & spicy chai etc..
