"We ordered a king-size bedroom. When we checked in, they put us in a double queen room without any comment (seemingly hoping we didn't notice). When we brought this up to them, they claimed they didn't have any rooms with a king, despite the fact that their website claimed to have multiple king rooms as well as a king suite available. They claimed the system is always off by 4 rooms of each type. It did not seem like the staff member was being honest, but they waived the $20 parking fee. Even if...

"Room and hotel are great and I will return. Usually a 5 star for me, but TV and WiFi were both not working for the whole stay. Staff claimed they had IT working on it but never resolved. Great hotel"
