"This was a scam. No email was ever received from the property with check-in instructions and they never responded to messages or calls. We ended up having to book different hotels and am trying to get a refund from hotels.com"

"Nice and clean spacious apartment. Had left tea coffee sugar milk and biscuits on arrival which was a lovely gesture to ensure I could have a nice cuppa when I arrived. Easy to find and easy check in."

"Advert says they have parking, they don't have parking and it is difficult to access via car. Staff are brilliant. Rooms run down but it is cheap"

"Very convenient location, as was there for the weekend for an event at motorpoint. Room was fairly clean, few aspects that could've been improved but was a bit better than I expected for student halls. I stayed on 6th Floor and still was quite noisy from the surrounding bars nearby."
