"Great breakfast buffet. Connected bridges were very convenient in hot humid Singapore weather. Our room's hair dryer was a little problem. It wasn't in the bathroom, but out at the desk. When using it, it was dangling in the air. Great location."

"The staff, including the housekeeping team, were all very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay truly pleasant. The pool was spacious and offered a great variety, so we were able to enjoy it a lot with our children. The breakfast buffet also had a wide selection, and our kids were especially happy with the food. However, during check-in, we were not informed about the Easter event or given the activity sheet unless we asked a male staff member. It would have been even better if this information had been proactively provided, as some other staff members did. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay. We would love to visit again."

"We were very pleased with our stay at Waterloo nad would consider a second stay. The location was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet. We did not eat at the restaurant or experience any other amenities, but the bottled, non-alcoholic drinks at the lobby bar were too expensive. The car dropoff/pickup was poorly defined and awkard for both passengers and drivers--perhaps not finished?"

"The location was great, walkable distance to everything and was right above a mall. However, the rooms itself were not the greatest. First off, there is no mini fridge in the rooms. With a country so hot, you’d think there would be a mini fridge to keep things cold. There is a shared fridge on each floor but I don’t trust it. Second, the bathroom/shower design was horrible. There is no glass preventing the toilet area from getting wet so every time you shower, it splashes all over the place. I had to use a lower pressure in order to prevent that. "

Even at the checkin... staff were very helpful... and the concierge staff went an extra mile to give us extended 3 hours to stay at the hotel. Thank you so much team. Will visit again."
