"This hotel is so bad, rooms smell and are old. There is mold everywhere bathroom, pool. The towels are so old and smell bad. We had a room with balcony, but the door was broken and couldn’t open. When we got to our room there was a dead bird on the balcony. This hotel is lock of maintenance. There is no WiFi in the rooms, only at the lobby. Very disappointed the pictures when booking shows a nice hotel."

"Horrible, very slow, food takes very long, I called for WiFi and never give me exact result, needed an extra key and staff already trying to charge me. Never will stay again, yes they upgraded me cool but breakfast staff rude as well, pool took 39’mins to give me a pina colada."

Ants, outlet covers broken, lock in the back door weak, the linen stained, no soap in the bathroom, no paper towels, the cabinetry in disrepair, no toilet seat, stained grout, the stove with rusty grates, pillows with mildew The apartment owner, who was not the person coordinating the rental, it was a third floor walk up with no elevator, and not the rental pictured. She was rude and disrespectful. During the night, there was a horrible fight in the street at another rental. Buyer be very aware."
