"The room was clean and updated. I don’t care that the hallways are outdated, I don’t sleep there. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great. Everything was clean and maintained where I needed it. The staff were so friendly. Mark at the front desk is my new best friend and the other staff were also kind. I would stay here again happily."

"This hotel is historic and well maintained. The rooms were very clean. Parking was convenient. Continental breakfast offered a good selection of breakfast items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient to local shoos and restaurants. We will stay at this Hotel again in the future."

"Rooms were not clean and still had items such as used wash cloths and sheets in the room from previous occupants. WiFi was awful. Breakfast options were little Debbie’s. I was nervous about going up the stairs as they were broken and the metal posts stop two feet above the ground. There is about a 1/4 inch gap around the doors letting light in and possibly others. The bathrooms were falling apart and unventilated. Staff handed us sheets but didn’t change the bed that was stained from previous...

"Had to wait fifteen minutes before someone would come check us in. She was nice. We got a room on first floor in the side where it seemed like people were living in the hotel - hanging out in the doorway and lots video games playing. Other room beside us was filled with dogs barking. The room smelled terrible so we walked out and turned our key in and chose to stay somewhere else. Very different than the pictures make it seem."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling to Myrtle Beach. Within a few days, I developed multiple clusters of bites on my arms and ear. The reaction became severe enough that I had to visit a doctor, who felt the bites were consistent with bed bug bites. What should have been a relaxing family vacation has instead involved medication, discomfort, and constant worry about whether I may have brought something home with me. I hope management takes this seriously and thoroughly inspects...
