"Clean room; wonderful hospitality staff"

"The heat pump was very noisy, we could not sleep well. We had two teenagers, they too could not sleep well because of the noise. I told the rental office about the heat pump noise shortly after I checked into the property, the office person told me that there was nothing she could do the make the it quiet. "

"We were promised internet/wifi and it didn’t work the entire trip. Contacted the property and she said it was but it wasn’t working until the day we checked out. The beds are IKEA very cheap. Clean but cheap. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all. The TV didn’t have an outlet to plug into or an extension cord to reach to another plug. Finally found an extension coming from the side of the refrigerator on the other side of the wall but had to move the tv over to reach. Once turned on, we were back...

"We had a wonderful stay at Stony Court at Bryce Mountain. The property was clean, cozy, and perfectly located near Bryce Resort and local activities. Beautiful views, peaceful surroundings, and responsive staff made the experience even better. Highly recommend!"

"Location is the only reason the scores were this high. Cleanliness was mediocre at best. There was dog hair on the couch, dirty floors in areas, black specs on the sheets, cheap finishes, dishwasher didn’t work, walls were paper thin, bedroom outlets didn’t work at all, and we booked a different room altogether. Location was amazing. "
