"Great staff! They were very friendly and helpful. The place was better than i had expected. Tons of space and very clean. My kid definitely enjoyed the warm saltwater pool :) "

"Cleaning person left linens and paper towels on front walkway, when called sadly no one came to clean them up. They were there our entire stay. "

"We were promised internet/wifi and it didn’t work the entire trip. Contacted the property and she said it was but it wasn’t working until the day we checked out. The beds are IKEA very cheap. Clean but cheap. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all. The TV didn’t have an outlet to plug into or an extension cord to reach to another plug. Finally found an extension coming from the side of the refrigerator on the other side of the wall but had to move the tv over to reach. Once turned on, we were back...

"Location is the only reason the scores were this high. Cleanliness was mediocre at best. There was dog hair on the couch, dirty floors in areas, black specs on the sheets, cheap finishes, dishwasher didn’t work, walls were paper thin, bedroom outlets didn’t work at all, and we booked a different room altogether. Location was amazing. "
